SO WHAT IS SKATE TONE?
Are you ready for a legs, bums and tums class with a difference!? This is an entirely new way to work out… but you better be ready to sweat, as this is not child's play! Skate tone is a low impact and high-intensity class, guaranteed to get the heart racing and smiles all around. Beginners are welcome and encouraged!
WHAT IS THE PROGRAMME ALL ABOUT?
Tinuke’s Orbit has taken all her skating and fitness coaching experience to design a badass month-long programme to get you hitting the ground running (Or skating for that matter!)
As part of the Skate tone Squad you will have access to 3+ live workouts a week featuring everything from HIIT, Tabata training, low-intensity stretch, and Pilates all with your skates! You will be admitted exclusive access to the official private Instagram account @skatetone_squad where you will have access to all your workouts and community.
Workouts will never be identical and across the month Tinuke’s Orbit will work your full body. All of the workouts stay on IGTV, meaning that wherever you are in the world, you can always train with Tinuke’s Orbit and connect with your squad.
