All About The Squad!

I have taken all my skating and fitness coaching experience to design a badass new way to work-out to get you hitting the ground running (Or skating, for that matter!). 

SKATE TONE will build muscle and tone your entire body throughout the workouts, leaving you more confident with your skating and levelling up your general fitness.

I acknowledge that everyone is an individual. In this way, we wish to be seen as advocates for positive health with a focus on educating our audience and promoting healthy attitudes around the “SKATE TONE” ideology.

But it's not child's play! With SKATE TONE, you have to give it your all, work hard, and don't be afraid of failing. You will sweat a lot.

Don't be afraid to fall over, don't be tentative to push yourself, don’t feel ashamed if you can’t do a push-up yet and know that it is about the journey, not the destination. Everyone has been a beginner at some point!

WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING!

You will be admitted into the @skatetonesquad exclusive Instagram account where you will be able to access all the SKATE TONE classes and online events. 

 

£15 per month: Roughly £1.80 per session!

SO WHAT ARE SKATE TONE WORKOUTS?

Roller skates are the new set of wheels everyone's emerging from lockdown with… but believe me… Roller skating can be SO MUCH MORE than just a new hobby. Skate Tone is essentially legs, bums, and tums workouts with a difference! This is an entirely new way to get fit... but you better be ready to sweat, as this is not child's play! SKATE TONE is a combination of low-impact and high-intensity exercises guaranteed to get the heart racing.

The extra weight from the skates and rolling motion of the wheels allow you to have more fun with your workouts while targeting multiple areas to work on. Skate Tone can become a new lifestyle of fitness and fun that will have you working on your stability, core strength, coordination to help you level up your skate skill and your general fitness all at the same time. Whether you are just starting out or you are looking to take those skills to the next level, SKATE TONE will work for you.

The classes and training styles you will be doing in the squad include;

  • HIIT Training

  • ​Interval Training

  • ​Low impact and intensity workouts 

  • ​Stretching

  • ​Pilates 

 

All with your skates!

You will have a range of beginners to intermediate classes focusing on areas including;

  • Upper Body 

  • ​Abs and Core 

  • ​Lower and Upper Back 

  • ​Upper Body 

  • ​Flexibility 

  • ​Upper Body 

  • ​Floor-work 

All of the classes will be saved onto IGTV and will be available to you to do as many times as you want to. All the classes will be available as long as you are still in the SKATE TONE SQUAD.
